Pan is a two-way speaker designed in collaboration with Australian sound engineer Casey Hartnett. Compact enough to sit on a shelf, yet large enough to comfortably fill a room, precision-cut waveguides and Hypex FusionAmp allow Pan to deliver a listening experience that is detailed, dynamic and tonally balanced across the full bandwidth.
Available as a stereo pair or mono single, Pan can be specified in custom colours, allowing the finish to be tailored to complement its surrounding space and interior.
Pan was designed as a compact, high-end audio system for listeners who value sound quality but want a simpler way to integrate it into their spaces. With amplification built directly into each cabinet, no external amplifier is required. Pan can be connected to a streaming device such as the WiiM Pro, allowing music to be played wirelessly from a digital device. Pan can also be integrated into traditional hifi setups, through a phono stage.
Each unit is paired with a Hypex FusionAmp FA122, handling digital signal processing, crossover and bi-amplification. Dedicated amplifier channels, each rated at 75 W into 8 Ω, drive the woofer and tweeter independently. Sensitivity is approximately 86 dB (1 W/1 m). Each speaker can be configured for mono playback, allowing a stereo pair to be separated and used independently in different rooms if desired.
